Rando au sentier de la Vierge Marie à Chiaoshi (礁溪聖母步道, Taïwan)

Aujourd'hui, on va de nouveau faire le sentier de la Vierge Marie à Chiaoshi (礁溪聖母步道).
8AM: on commence la rando.

Today, we again go hike the Marian trail of Chiaoshi (礁溪聖母步道).
8AM: at the trailhead.

Il fait très beau mais si chaud!

The weather is beautiful but so hot!

9AM: après 3.7km d'une route plutôt ennuyeuse, on arrive au véritable départ du sentier Marial.

9AM: after 3.7km of a rather boring flat trail, we come to the true trailhead.

On passe le pont "qui va au ciel" (通天橋) et la vraie rando commence dans la forêt. 
1.6km à faire.

We cross the bridge "to heaven" (通天橋) and the true hike starts in the forest. 
1.6km to go.

Près du sommet, on sort de la forêt et pour une fois, on voit la plaine de Ilan et la mer!
D'habitude, c'est la brume.

We come out of the forest near the summit and for once, we can see the plain of Ilan and the sea.
Usually, it is foggy.

10:15AM: au sommet. 
La statue de la Vierge accueille les visiteurs devant le chalet Marial.

The statue of Virgin Mary welcomes visitors in front of the Marial lodge.

En face du chalet sur la petite colline, c'est le chemin de croix avec la statue de Jésus en haut.

Facing the lodge on a small hill is the way of the cross, with a statue of Jesus at the top.
