Rando 南二段 (1er jour, 嘉明湖山屋)

On revient d'une superbe rando de 7 jours au sud de Taïwan: 南二段 (Section Sud II), 95km en tout.

We just come back from a superb hike of 7 days in Southern Taiwan: 南二段 (South Section II), in total 95km long.

8AM: départ du poste de police de 向陽.

8AM: departure from the Police outpost of 向陽.

10AM: on arrive au chalet de 向陽.

10AM: we come to the lodge of 向陽.

1PM: le célèbre pin de 向陽.

1PM: the famous pine of 向陽.

Le temps n'est pas terrible.
Pas de paysage.

The weather is not good.
No scenery.

2:30PM: on a déjà fait 7km.

2:30PM: we have hiked 7km already.

3PM: on arrive au chalet de 嘉明湖山屋, notre gîte de ce soir.

3PM: we come to the lodge of 嘉明湖山屋, home for tonight.

Le chalet est de toute évidence sur-occupé car le lac 嘉明湖 est un business très lucratif pour certains clubs de montagnes, qui hélas amènent aussi leur lots de pollution (déchets alimentaires, humains...),

The lodge is obviously over-burdened because lake 嘉明湖 is a very lucrative star attraction for some mountain clubs. Unfortunately, pollution also comes along: food, human, etc...
