Mangrove de Sicao (四草紅樹林綠色隧道, Tainan, Taïwan)

Le week-end dernier, on est allé à Tainan, et notamment visité la mangrove de Sicao 四草紅樹林綠色隧道 en bateau (150NT$).


Last week-end, we went to Tainan and visited the mangrove forest of Sicao 四草紅樹林綠色隧道 on boat (150NT$).

C'est bien pratique, les palétuviers ont une petite étiquette avec leurs noms.
Celui-ci a comme des crayons qui, en tombant, se fichent dans la boue, et poussent en arbres.


Quite convenient, mangrove trees have their names labeled. 
This one for example has "pens" which fall and stick into the mud, growing into trees later.

Cette autre espèce a des racines respirantes hors de l'eau en forme de tiges.


This other species has vertical roots breathing out of water.

On arrive au clou de la balade: la traversée du tunnel vert où les palétuviers centenaires s'entrecroisent et se reflètent dans l'eau. Très joli!


Here we come to the highlight of the cruise: the green tunnel where hundred-years-old mangrove trees interlace and reflect onto the water. Very nice!

Voilà, c'est la fin du tunnel. L'aller-retour ne fait que 30min.


We come to the end of the tunnel. Round trip takes only 30min.

Après la croisière, on va manger des huîtres à l'estuaire de Qigu 七股. 


After the cruise, we drive to the estuary of Qigu 七股 to eat oysters.

La patronne nous a gâtés, on a eu des huîtres super grosses. Un régal!


We were spoiled and served with big fat oysters. Delicious!
