On est allés se balader au château de Versailles.
Vu la décoration du wagon, on est sûrs d'avoir pris le bon RER.
We went for a stroll to the Palace of Versailles.
Looking at the decorative panels of the wagon, we are pretty sure to be on the correct train.
Nous voilà.Here we come.
The famous gardens, with few flowers in this season.
We can also visit the many groves, small adjacent gardens with specific style, while listening to baroque music.
The bassin de Flore.
We now go towards the Grand Canal and the Trianon estate to the far right.
Apollon's carriage, just renovated this year.
The Grand Trianon and its rose marble columns.
Rose marble fountain called Buffet d'eau.
A beautiful tulip tree of Virginia, planted in 1775.
The Small Trianon nearby.
The kitchen then.
Le temple de Cupidon sur la route.
We now go to the Queen's Hamlet, less visited but my favourite spot.
The temple of love (Cupidon) on the way.
The hamlet has some very nice countryside houses.
