Expo Manet à Picasso (臺北市立美術館; Taïwan)



 Aujourd'hui, on est allé voir l'expo "Manet à Picasso" au Musée d'art de Taipei, qui présente en fait des tableaux du Musée d'art de Philadelphie.

Pas mal mais rien d'excitant.

J'ai bien aimé le célèbre tableau de Modigliani et aussi découvert Pierre Bonnard (post-Impressionniste). J'aime bien ses couleurs saturées mais douces. Je ne manquerai pas d'aller voir ses autres tableaux au Musée d'Orsay quand je rentrerai à Paris.



   Today, we went to the expo "Manet to Picasso" at the Museum of Art of Taipei, with many paintings on visit from the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Not bad but not exciting neither.

Pierre Bonnard - Hommage à Maillol - 1917

     My favourites: the famous "Blue Eyes" from Modigliani and also Pierre Bonnard, new to me. I like the strong but also smooth colours. I will definitively go and see his other paintings at the Museum of Orsay the next time I go back to Paris.
