Rando à la montagne de Jade: 4ème et dernier jour, 玉山西峰 (玉山後峰, Taïwan)

6AM: aujourd'hui, on rentre!

Bye bye chalet de Yuanfong et sommet sud.

Bye bye Yuanfong cabin and South peak.

On descend les 2.2km jusqu'au chalet de Paiyun.

2.2km down to Paiyun Lodge.

Voici le sommet principal  de la montagne de Jade, 3952m.
Beaucoup plus facile que les sommets sud en fait.

Here is the main peak of Jade Mountain at 3952m.
Much easier to climb than the south summits actually.

7:15AM: nous voici au chalet de Paiyun.

7:15AM: Paiyun Lodge.

7:30AM: on va au sommet Ouest, 2.2km plus loin.

7:30AM: we go to West peak, 2.2km away.

Le sommet Ouest est une rando facile et agréable.

West peak is an easy and pleasant hike.

La dernière partie est dans la forêt.

The last part of the hike is in the forest.

8:10AM: sommet ouest en vue.

8:10AM: West peak.

8:30AM: au sommet ouest.

8:30AM: at West peak.

Il y a même un petit temple  de style Japonais 100m plus loin.

There is a small Japanese style temple 100m from the summit.

On rentre.

Going back.

9:30AM: retour au chalet de Paiyun.

9:30AM: back to Paiyun Lodge.

10:30AM: déjeuner et on  refait les 8.5km jusqu'au point de départ du 1er jour.

10:30AM: lunch, then we hike the 8.5km of the first day till trailhead.

1:30PM:  fin de cette rando!
